15 minute introductory session
This introductory session allows for you to learn more about my practice and for me to learn more about you and your individual needs.
90 Minute Initial Consultation
In your initial consultation we will discuss in more depth your health concerns, details of your diet and eating habits, health and wellness goals and past health history. This information will help me put together an individualized plan for your diet and wellness.
Follow Up Session
Your first 45 minute follow up session is where we will address dietary and lifestyle interventions and supplements that are tailored to your particular needs. We will work together to set you on the right path towards optimal wellness.
